Jes Landau

Jes Landau is a seasoned direct sales professional who has been at the top of her industry for the last half decade. She has been featured in national podcasts, network television, and is a keynote speaker with a team of over 7,500 people. As a direct sales advocate, Jes has navigated the stigmas and pitfalls of this high turnover industry and she is excited to share her insights about what has kept her grounded and focused on building a successful business.

Jes is no stranger to adversity. At the age of ten, she became the recipient of her first pacemaker. Her doctors warned that she would likely have a restricted childhood, but Jes was determined to have a different outcome. To date, she has had six heart surgeries, and grew up facing the uncertainty of what a pacemaker would mean for her life as a young athlete. Despite her condition, Jes not only participated in athletics as a child, but also played college soccer on a full-ride scholarship. She had the fortitude and strength to find ways to make her pacemaker a source of resiliency instead of restriction.

As a working mother to two beautiful girls, Jes strives to set an example of courage and hard work inside her home. Alongside her husband Mike, the couple have tried to embody the culture of entrepreneurship in everything they do. They believe that through personal growth and great relationships, there is nothing they cannot accomplish.

They currently reside in Westchester County, New York, where Jes enjoys her morning workouts at the local gym and spends a good portion of her day reading and exploring new ways to support her team’s growth. Jes truly loves spending her time at home and has had to work hard at becoming a “trained” extrovert. Get Your Hustle Shoes On is her first book. With it, she hopes to inspire others to achieve their greatest potential.
